You can’t do this on wordpress.com! Probably you’re talking about wordpress.org upload! Read the difference here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

ok thank you, is there anything seo package similar the all in one seo package that i can use on wordpress.com ?

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and no plugin tabs. We cannot upload plugins or themes. Plugins are only for WordPress.ORG installs.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/If you wish to have complete control over a blog, the ability to upload themes and plugins, and to edit themes and templates then your option is to hire a web host and get a free software install from WordPress.ORG and self host it.

WordPress.com has inbuilt SEO features like Global Tags, Site-maps, automatic submission to search engines and more. You don’t need to add any additional plugins.

You can verify your blog ownership with major search engines using this process. All WordPress.com free hosted blogs have sitemaps automatically provided for them.

Hello again,
Google Analytics cannot be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. This is stated in support documentation in the stats entry. It’s also been stated many times in forum threads and we do recommend searching before posting to forum threads. Can I use Google Analytics?
No, Google Analytics cannot be used on WordPress.com blogs at this time. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#additional-infoHowever, there are third party non-JavaScript stats programs we can use. Scroll down to “visitor tracking” on this page to locate them I also think reading this entry will be very helpful:
WordPress.COM vs WordPress.ORG: The Differences.
Best wishes with your blog. -
You can’t add google analytics to wordpress.com. However, there is WordPress.com stats for each blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats
Your blog is search engine friendly. As timethief said, try adding Google Webmasters ( http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools ) to your blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-toolsIt takes time to have good results in search engines. Write good and original content on your blog and see results and visitors increasing.
WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update.
The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites. Connecting a Google account with verified site ownership through Google’s webmaster tools may help register your site for inclusion. -
