All-In-One WP Migration

  I have a free WordPress.com site that I’d like to migrate to a WordPress.org site on a new domain (hosted by Bluehost). They suggested that I use the All-In-One WP Migration plugin. Of course I can’t add that plugin to my WordPress.com site because it’s free. I’m happy to pay $33 to upgrade to a business plan so that I can install plugins. I just want to make sure that the All-in-One WP Migration plugin can be installed on my WordPress.com site once I upgrade to a business plan. Thanks.

  Thanks for your reply. The basic reason for moving is that I want more control over my site. To get that level (ability to install plugins, sftp access) requires at wp.com requires a business account, which is more than I want to spend.
