  I installed ‘all-in-one-wp-migration software’. it didn’t migrate my website, tried to disable it and wouldn’t let me.  It froze my website so I clicked out of it and tried to bring it back up and now it won’t even come up. What do I need to do? email back at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
