All Links Are Down

  I have been using WP for about three years, and have never had any major issues with it, until now. I recently updated the software on my server, and shortly thereafter all links stopped working. It doesn’t matter if the link is within a post, the post heading or part of a navigation menu.

  I get the following error after clicking a link:

  Not Found
  The requested URL /category/technology/ was not found on this server.

  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.9 Server at skywatch7.com Port 80

  If someone can help me remedy this problem, I would be forever grateful.
