all links get ? and redirect to frontpage

    I even dont know from where to begin to describe this weird bug.
    ExpressDigest.com – the frontpage is ok, but I cant open any post, not posted ones, not new ones. I tried to create a new post but it gets the same problem when I try to open it.
    I have no problem to enter admin panel, and everything looks like ok, everything but cant open any post.
    When I open post first everything is almost ok and I see the link something like:
    expressdigest.com/my-new-post
    And suddenly it jusmps to:
    expressdigest.com/?my-new-post
    I already deleted all from the host and uploaded a clean version of wordpress 4.9.8. And connected to my DB with a new theme and with no plugins…
    But got the same error..
    I even deleted and reupload from my old backup “uploads” folder and the rest..
