I do not think you will ever know about all of them. Some blogs are private. They are not listed in search engines. But I would start with a google blog search and the include the word Indonesia in the search. http://www.google.ca/blogsearch?hl=en&q=Indonesia&btnG=Search+Blogs
If you want to start smaller you could go for Indonesia and wordpress blogs in the search.

ya, i’m interested to know wp blogs from malaysia too, but it seems that one cant get a definitive list, even if you don’t count the private blogs.

There is no such “option” to locate user from their country of origin using wordpress, but if you check the “Blogs Of The Day” list, it tells you what language these blogger are using and from that you’ll know what countries they are from. I hope that helps.

Hi sulz, check this site, http://malaysia.ricebowljournals.com/ It’s an Asian Community Blog where you can find hundreds of blogs from many Asian countries (or people living outside Asia). There’s also an option where you can find which platform they are using (LJ, WP, Blogspot). You can sign up for free.

Gotta admit while I see the importance of this, I also see this as a negative as well. Get a list of all of the blogs within a certain country, watch the givernments of the more less enlightened countries *cough* China *cough* going after these folks.

well, if the government plans to search for chinese wp blogs that way, the user can choose to keep his country anonymous can’t he?

I think wp.com help me to know all members from a country, because only 100 blog at “Blogs Of The Day” list. What is reason a secret if a blog not be publish?

Quite a lot of bloggers tag their country-specific posts with the name of their country. I know I do. So if you’re looking for blogs from Malaysia, tag one of your posts with that and click on it to see all the other WordPress blogs that use that tag.
