All menu items appearing twice in the top menu bar

  Hello all,
  I set up this menu bar for the top horizontal menu and used customize menu function. However, no matter what theme I chose, it always shows every top item in the menu twice, as seen here:

  Can someone tell me what to do to fix it?

  You control exactly which items appear in your custom menu. Do NOT use the theme customize as you don’t need to. Go here > Appearance > Menus and remove any item you do not want to appear in it.
