All menu items lead to homepage

  All the menu items on my website display my homepage and I can’t work out why? The links must be working because the url displayed is correct, but the content generated is always the homepage.

  Since I remember it last working I;
  * isntalled wp-eCommerce
  * configured a couple of products

  Then I noticed this menu/url problem.

  I have tried deactivating the e-commerce plugin to see if it was that which didn’t work, so I also tried restoring the entire file contents of my website to a backup from before this plugin was installed which also made no difference.

  This leads me to believe it is a database issue, but I could be wrong.
