All my content disappeared

  Hi, my site was downgraded from a Business Plan to a Free Plan, and all my content disappeared. Could you please check if the site content can be restored from backup?
  My old domain was: televersedao.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Since you downgraded your plan from Business to Free, please note that, Websites on the Business and Commerce plans can use plugins, third-party themes, and other advanced features. Downgrading websites on these plugin-enabled plans means:

  • Your site will be reverted to the point when you first activated your hosting features.
  • Any themes or plugins you have installed on the site will be removed, along with their data.
  • Your site will return to its original settings and theme right before hosting features were activated.
  • Your site will retain the content of your pages, posts, and media, but any content added through plugins will be lost.
  • If you added any code to your site that is only allowed on plugin-enabled plans, that code will no longer work.
  • You will no longer have access to your daily backups with one-click restore.
  • Your site will be set to private so you can review the changes to your site before making it public again.
