All my customizations are gone!

  Help! I just opened my site and saw all my customizations were gone! My background, header and colors are defaulted back to the original “default” design. I tried to re-customize everything but nothing gets saved! I’m very upset by this–what is going on and what can be don? I paid for CSS in December so there should be no problem.

  Yes, I have the same problem! Header and customized color are gone, and it’s in the dull default mode. Tried to restore but the restore doesn’t work….Help!
