All my dashboard has changed to light blue and lot of things is missing

  Hi,
  Hope you can help me. All my dashboard and wordpress in general have changed it is now in light blue colour, lot of things is missing like appearance, tools, media,cannot add any plugins, it is just all messed up.
  Any idea why it has changed??

  is it possible you have logged yourself out or changed a setting?

  If not, try logging out then back in again to your account and see if that may have been a glitch.
