All my info is gone! Except for the billing of course

  I went to update all the info on my WordPress and it’s all gone! They managed to get me billed for the pleasure of losing all my info. I can’t find a way to get hold of anyone who actually provides tech support. It’s all part of my WebHero and I’m kinda freaking out because it’s a ton of work. Please, I’m not particularly techy so I need to be directed to a real way to reach out to WordPress. TIA

  Hi there, are you speaking of WebHero, the hosting provider? If so, you’ll want to contact them directly for assistance by logging in to your account with them.

  Just to clarify, this support forum you’ve posted to assists users with websites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. You can read more about these differences at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
