All my mapping and business account info has VANISHED!!!!

  I have a paid business membership with you guys. I just logged in and none of my domain mapping is present and now you are charging me to map both of my domains. Something is seriously wrong and the timing could not be worse. A website critique is reviewing my site to give constructive feedback, and now he will blast me for this nonsense. Please help!

  Hi @heatherlywalters, can you list one of the domains you’re having trouble with? I checked this account and only see some upgrades that expired a few years ago. So I’m guessing you have another account with us. If you’ll list the domains we’ll look you up and get in contact at the address on file.
