    Hi there,

    I see that you renewed the WordPress.com Pro plan on 07-05-2022 but it was not renewed by 07-05-2023 and thus expired. When this plan expires, it means that any plugins or 3rd party themes you have installed on the site are also removed, since it is not possible to have plugins/themes on sites without an upgrade.

    The good news is that I can confirm you have added the Business Plan to your account (we no longer offer the Pro plan, but this plan offers similar functionality) and this means you will have the option to restore your site from the previous backups you had under the Pro Plan. To restore your site from backup please follow the steps here.
