All my prevous data is misssing form my drafts and bin.(Unable to see my saved data

  I think some body has hijacked my site. All the information on this site is foreign not the original data that i used to to publish my site.
  At this moment i would like to see all my initial data on my account.
  Can you help me discover the hijacker and if so can you penalize the culprit
