  I was trying to fix a Jetpack issue on one of my websites. The directions said to disconnect Jetpack from the website and to reinstall it. Once I disconnected jetpack from the website, the website was then removed from “All my sites” list. How do I get my website back?

  You’ll get the site back on WordPress.com by reconnecting Jetpack from the Jetpack section of your site’s Dashboard.

  I can’t access the pages dashboard because my website randomly stopped working. When I go to login to the admin page, for that page, I get the correct header but the body comes up with “The page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location”. So I am not able to access the actually website to get to the dashboard.

  When I go to wordpress.com and login, it pulls up all my websites. That is where I original saw my website with the error under All My Sites. That is where the website disappeared from originally.

  So what I am looking to do is ass back my missing website to all my accounts and also figure out how to get my website back up and running correctly.

  hankscraftoem.com

  hankscraftoem.com is the site that went down and I am having all the issues with but hankscraft.com is the parent site.

  Hm, yeah I can confirm that is not working right, but since that is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere, this is not something we can assist with here.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
