Let’s find out what’s going on. I found a site about Four Counties Groundworks at https://fourcountiesgroundworks.com/ which is running on the wordpress.com platform. Is that the site you are looking for?
As that site has a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

I just checked the site fourcountiesgroundworks.com, and it doesn’t seem to have this WordPress.com account connected to it.
If you own the site on your other account and need help logging in, please fill out the account recovery form here. You’ll want to get the transaction ID from your credit card statement as proof of account ownership. Here’s how to get it: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
Once you’ve submitted the account recovery form, we’ll get back to you via email to help you log in.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Clear Your Browser Cache: Sometimes, browser cache can store outdated versions of web pages. Clearing your browser cache can help ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date version of your website.
- Check Your Website Files: Connect to your website’s server via FTP or file manager provided by your hosting provider. Verify if your website’s files are still intact. Look for the relevant content files, plugins, and themes. If they are missing or corrupted, you might need to restore them from a backup.
- Check Database Integrity: If your website’s content is stored in a database (as is the case with many CMS platforms like WordPress), check if the database is accessible and intact. Ensure that the database credentials in your website’s configuration files are correct. If necessary, restore the database from a backup.
- Check for Recent Changes or Updates: Review any recent changes or updates made to your website, including theme or plugin updates. Incompatibilities or conflicts with updated components can sometimes cause content to disappear. If you suspect a specific plugin or theme, try disabling it temporarily to see if the content reappears.
- Contact Your Hosting Provider: If you’ve tried the above steps and the issue persists, it’s advisable to contact your hosting provider’s support team. They can investigate server-side issues and provide guidance or assistance in recovering your missing content.
- Restore from Backup: If you have a recent backup of your website, consider restoring it to a previous working state. This can help recover your missing content and settings. Ensure you carefully follow the backup restoration instructions provided by your hosting provider or backup solution.
Remember to always keep backups of your website’s files and database regularly to prevent data loss and enable easy recovery in situations like this.

@gauravkumarwebdev all the tips and tricks you give are related to wordpress.org not to wordpress.com.
As mentioned in previous threads, TS is connected to the wrong account; that’s all.
