All new posts are being emailed as WordPress.com WHY?

I’ve been battling this for the past 2 months and I have struggled with trying to resolve this. All email notifications (not comments) for new published posts are being sent as WordPress.com <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>. This never was like this, ever.
I checked with my domain and they are not adding a Sender header or the like. This only started happening when I upgraded 2 months ago to the latest version of Jetpack. I have been trying to get support from them but no luck; no response. It did say http://www.thekitchenwhisperer.net <(email visible only to moderators and staff)> which was ok. Is there anyway to change the name at least?
This is causing major issues with the website as people are thinking it’s spam causing loss in business and subscriptions.
