All new WordPress theme and I need help

  I want to get into this wordpress, and i have a site that has flash, I know that is a plug-in that brings Flash to WordPress, now my question is if I can put my design that I created, and I place the flash where I want in my design? or is it a problem?
  And another question, will it be suited for smartphones and tablets?

  Flash and Other Embeds

  Flash and all other embeds are not allowed in WordPress.com posts, pages, or text widgets. For security reasons, we remove the tags needed for these to work. Your intentions may be innocent, but someone somewhere might try to use such embeds to damage the site, affecting all of our users.

  Add Code to Your Site

  If you really need Flash, you might consider using a self-hosted installation of WordPress. http://wordpress.org is the place to start for that and any questions you might have can be submitted to the appropriate forum at http://wordpress.org/support/.
