All of a sudden receiving email notifications when I post a comment on my blog

  I have started receiving email notifications when I post a comment on my own blog, even though I am logged in. This started happening yesterday all of a sudden. How do I turn it off?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
