All of my managed Facebook Business pages do not show up in Publicize when I attempt to connect.

Is there a way to manually connect Publicize to my business page?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi,

It looks like your website is hosted with GoDaddy.
We can only assist with WordPress.com hosted sites on this forum.

You can ask for support in the WordPress.org forums:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

The difference between .ORG and .COM is explained here:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    Hope this helps :)

  • I believe you’re writing in to WordPress.com because you’re getting help for a Jetpack connected site. The answer is the same if you host the site on WordPress.com or not.

If one of your pages isn’t shown, you’ll want to disconnect from Publicize, then additionally remove the app from Facebook on this page- https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

When you reconnect the app, look for the window that allows you to edit the pages the app can manage. This is going to be just after you approve the audience for posts. If you click to edit this, you can allow/disallow pages. You should then be able to select the other page.

    All the best!

  • Hi there,

There is a limit to the number of Facebook pages we can display when you make a connection. So if your Facebook account manages a high number of pages, we might not be able to list them all when you make a new connection.

There is currently no fix for this, and the only workaround I know of is to use the account of a different admin on the Facebook page, who manages fewer pages, to make the connection to the WordPress site.
