  Magic. An hour later they were all back. I panicked. s you can see there are a lot of them and three years work. Thanks.

  Is there a way to back up my site?

  You can export your site content in the form of an XML file following the steps here:

  Export Your Website’s Content

  However, we handle all of the backups for you automatically. You don’t need to worry about the export file. Even if WordPress.com were to go down for any reason, we have your information safe and sound and could get your site back up and running!
