ALL of my sidebar was deleted

  I activated and customized a new theme and now all my sidebar content is gone…. I am very upset about this as I have a horrible memory and there was very important information for my page in those widgets! please please help me with this.. is there a way to get that content back???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  See the Switch Themes section of the Themes support page, particularly this part:

  You’ll want to place your Widgets in the proper Widget locations. Like Custom Menus, each theme supports different locations, depending on the theme.

  When you switch themes, widgets may be moved to a different widget area, or sent to the inactive widgets.
