All old website information and pages missing??

    Hi there,

    Hope you are well.

    I’m in charge of the site https://protect-za.mimecast.com/s/NGiRCRgBjKcAzJpnuNelOr?domain=firsttimehomebuyer.co.za and I just got off the phone with MWEB (my hosting provider) and we have noticed an error log that our WordPress files have been removed which I did not do.

    The lady I spoke with said I needed to email you and find out more
    information on what went wrong and how to resolve it because as it stands
    right now when you try get into the WordPress backend for that site or even
    if you try loading the site it just shows a blank white page.

    I tried to get into the backend and it only created a brand new dashboard with a totally blank site. I need to get my old site back as I had nothing to do with it being removed.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform but is hosted elsewhere using the open source wordpress.org. Error 500 could be anything, best is to contact your hosting support.
