Are you speaking of http://thecontentwriter.us/? I don’t see anything like what you describe when I view that site.
That said, your site is also not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Your site is connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, which allows you to manage certain aspects of it using our tools, but otherwise we have no control at all over your site or how it works.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

Alternatively, this could be an issue with the Astra theme you’re using, in which case contacting support for that theme would be a better option.
