That is a retired theme and themes are retired when they no longer support all wordpress.com features. The recommendation is to switch themes. You could choose one of these themes https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/two-columns+responsive-layout/
The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes
See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click the “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.
Perhaps browsing one of these themes will inspire you:
https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/two-columns+responsive-layout/?sort=freeNote that every theme will have a detailed theme description page with set-up instructions and a live demo site page that you can consult.

Gosh, I was hoping this would be fixed by now. :( I’m sorry about the inconvenience.
[I am fearless and don’t like that retired theme anyway, so I would change to a newer two column responsive theme, and see if that cured the issue.]

Hello,
I’m getting the following error message when I attempt to open any of the pages on my website (which is WordPress hosted): waterloododgeball.com
Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help. This error started a week ago. I have not had any issues prior to this. I received word that WordPress had upgraded my site and I didn’t need to do anything so I am wondering if this caused my “issues”???
I have not personally changed anything and I am NOT a computer guru. This is getting frustrating.
Cheers,

I am wondering if it has anything to do with a recent upgrade to WordPress. I can’t figure it out and I’m losing it missthing2000

@missthing2000, I’m not seeing this issue on your sites. If you’re still having trouble, can you send a link?

Ah I was looking at waterloododgeball.com . I’ve fixed this link and the others on that site. Did you need help with any others?
