All pages that I create link to the same view
-
Hello,
All of the pages on my site link to a view that I do not recognize when I click the url of that page. When I create a new page or edit an existing page then click on the url I experience the same issue and see the same view. I believe the view that I am seeing is a page that I edited quite a while ago and no longer use. I have searched how to trouble shoot this but have not had any success. One of the main recommendations was to clear the cache; I cleared my browser cache and saw no changes and am unable to clear my website cache without a business account. Any guidance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there –
Generally speaking, there are some other things to check in addition to your browser cache. We have outlined those tips on this page below:
How to Solve Common Browser Issues » Advanced Browser Troubleshooting6 min readAfter you’ve tried preliminary browser troubleshooting steps, this support page will help you provide us with more information to troubleshoot why your WordPress.com site may not be loading in your browser. Thank you for the response! Yes you are understanding this correctly, when I go to edit a page all the changes I have made in the past are saved there but when I open the front of the website the changes to the page are not saved. It is also worth noting that all of the pages that i have made show the same exact content when i click on the url.
Can you please clarify what information i can find in this link? It looks like it is telling me how to collect certain information to send to you to further trouble shoot my issue? It doesnt look like it is giving me any tips on action to take.
Thank you for your help!!

Hey there,
Many thanks for that information.
Where are you going to make these changes, are you making these via Appearance > Editor? The reason why I ask is because sometimes there can be confusion between the editor and content.
If you’re able to detail what changes you’re making and where you’re expecting to see them, we’ll do our best to guide you appropriately.
Many thanks!

Thank you for your help here. I am making these changes by going to the “pages” section and clicking “edit” for each page. I am expecting to see these changes when I click on the url of that page. I understand that in order to view these pages on my website I must link a button to the url of my page.

When looking at the page template at Appearance > Editor, I see that content has been added within that template, so it would override any content added within the Pages created at Pages > All pages.
if you to to Appearance > Editor, click into the templates area and click to edit the Page template, and remove the columns blocks I have highlighted in the block list (red rectangle), and then inside that group block, add the Post Content block, your pages will then load with the content at Pages > All Pages.
