all photos in media library not available

  when I click ‘library’ under media, the webpage that open does not have table with my uploaded photos. it has ‘add new’ for me to upload new image instead. but I did not click ‘add new’ button. just want to use photos in the library.

  tried logging out and back in to click on ‘library’ link several times with above result.

  BACKGROUND INFO:
  created a new post today (words), save draft, then click on ‘add feature image’. a photo was uploaded from my PC. a new page automatically open for me to input caption and alt text. forgot to click save button. I check my draft post in preview. no photo.

  logged out, clear my browser cache and logged in again.
  Then, I went back to media library where I had several photos.
  clicked ‘library’ and above result occurred.

  how do I get back to media library page with all my photos?
  mystified. Help appreciated.

  This was an issue a few days ago, and it may now be resolved.

  I’m seeing 16 images in your media library. Are you able to see the images now?

  thanks, photos are available now. Notice media upload is using secured upload now. Wonderful!

  Hi,

  My website: http://www.fortiseyewear.co.uk is showing all the content but when I log into my WP backend the media library is only showing 80 of 1050 images. This means I cannot add existing items from my library to galleries.

  Is there a know issue with this? I have found some other topics that suggest this is the case but there are no answers. Please help.

  Scrap that! It was an error with WMPL plugin. deactivating and reactivating the plugin seemed to solve the issue.
