All posts have been deleted but site works fine (kinda)

I went to go update the product page in elementor this morning only to be redirected to my posts page, showing all of them have been deleted. I have come to find i cant make updates on any page whatsoever because wordpress has deleted them, but everything displays properly, and the site works fine, so Im certain that the information for the posts is still there. How do I fix this?

We can’t help with third party plugins. You must contact Elementor support to solve this problem yourself.

elementor was just how i discovered that my posts are gone, in my wordpress dashboard its not the post page in elementor. Just by going to the wp dashboard and clicking posts reveals theyre all gone
