All posts showing at once

Using Twenty Eleven theme and WP Pro, I set Appearance to show only 2 posts at a time but it still shows like 10 posts at once so it’s very slow to load. I used to have it set to 10 posts but I’ve been trying to change it for 5 posts now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you change the settings, do you remember to scroll to the bottom of the page and hit Save? I have to ask these things.

Ten? Your front page is displaying more than 15 posts, because you have erroneously made them all stickies. Sticky posts override the number of posts per page. You must go to Posts > All Posts and use the bulk edit feature to turn them to Not Sticky.
All your posts are long, so you’d better use the read-more tag as well to truncate them.

OMG thank you. Yes, they are all STICKY. THANK YOU a thousand times over! and for the bulk editing posts info. P.S. I know that the Save thing hides at the bottom (although I did actually miss that in the beginning). And my SEO thanks you. :)
