All previous posts on my blog have been lost; how do I get them back?

I’ve been blogging for some years, but I’ve been out of the loop for the past few months. When I went to my blog, everything was gone…the theme set up and nearly all my posts except one or two. How do I retrieve all that’s lost? I don’t mind rebuilding the look of the blog but I would like to get the old posts back. Please help! The blog is fivestarstounderthestar

Are you mixing up your self-hosted GoDaddy site http://fivestarstounderthestars.com/ which is still on the Interweb and contains numerous posts with this WordPress.com site https://fivestarstounderthestars.wordpress.com

They WERE the same site, directed to the same place and managed off the same dashboard. Eeek. How do I reconnect them? Thank you.
