All Received Emails Coming From Same Name – Not Spam

  Hi,

  After the weekend, I noticed that all of my order notification emails and all of my ‘Contact Us’ form emails are coming from the same name – Emma Matthews. This isn’t actually the case, I’m not being spammed, the emails are coming from different customers, which I can see as soon as I click on the email, but they are all presenting as from the same person. My colleague has the same issue but with a different name.

  Hope somebody can help! Not sure where to even start with this.

  That really is spam. It’s a common used trick by spammers to use the same name with different email addresses and vica versa. A bit of googling learned Emma Matthews is a wellknown spammer and scammer.

  Thanks for your response.

  This issue is, even when friends/family have sent an email to us from our contact form, it comes through as from Emma Matthews. I have also sent an email to our company from our contact us form and come through as Emma Matthews. My colleague receives the same emails as me, but they come through as his own name.
