    I am trying tp transfer my domain hosting from GoDaddy to WordPress. Why is this saying all sites with .com are undergoing maintenance, check back in an hour? It’s been 7 hours since I first saw this message and just checked again a few minutes ago. I don’t use WordPress often but it seems like Shopify might be the way to go.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Are you referring to the domain thefreshsweep.com? It seems that you have successfully connected the domain to your site, so it should load properly using that domain.

    However, according to the WHOIS information, the domain was registered on June 21, 2023, through GoDaddy. Is that correct? If it is, there is a 60-day domain transfer lock mandated by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). This lock could be the reason for the error you are encountering.
