All Style sheets stopped working on WordPress

  since yesterday WordPress is extremely slow & all CSS style sheets stopped working I see only pure html pages… I tried different browsers.. same problem Logging in from Hong Kong… it is a mystery to me… Can not be that I am the only one experiencing this…

  China has been known to block us from time to time, and we unfortunately have absolutely no control over that.

  Can you access http://s0.wp.com/ http://s1.wp.com/ and http://s2.wp.com/ directly?
