All the photos in my posts appear the same

  I run a popular photography blog at http://photojournalismlinks.com/ . I have been pasting my own ‘header’ image to the beginning of all my posts. I also include a lot of other photos in my posts. I was revising a post posted yesterday and when pressed publish, now all the photos appear that ‘header image as opposed to different ones. I can see them fine when I’m editing, but on the ‘live’ blog, they all appear the same.

  Very worried… Do you know what might have happened????
