All Theme Files have vanished
-
My WordPress Hosted site has suddenly gone down. I didn’t go in and make any changes, but I did get an email saying my site had been upgraded to WordPress 4.2.
I can get into my admin dashboard now thankfully but when I click on “Appearance” and then “Themes” it shoes a grey and white checkered screen, says the theme I had “Zeyn” (bought from ThemeForest) cannot be found, and has defaulted me to “twentyfifteen” but even at that it says my theme does not exist. Please oh PLEASE help me figure out where me entire website has gone. It was fully set up through visual composer.

Hi there,
You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot help you here.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
