all themes fail to load

  theme will not load in any browser, firefox, safari, and chrome. after i hit activate on more than 10 themes, the page fails to load and when i refresh or go to the dashboard, the theme is only partially updated and loaded. seems to be a wordpress issue, thoughts? fixes?
