All-time insights not displaying
-
My all-time insights are not displaying. I only see a blank box where the data should be. There is no spinning circle or any other indication that the information is currently loading. I’m seeing the issue in the stats for multiple blogs and multiple accounts. Through my @empgarrett account, I checked my stats for both cosmosatyourdoorstep.com and toleventures.wordpress.com; same issue. Then I logged out of @empgarrett and into my other wordpress account, @authoremjgarrett; same issue. Both my accounts have access to stats for risingstargazer.com; I checked and neither account displays the stats correctly.
I’m using Microsoft Edge, but I’ve also already checked on both Chrome and Firefox. No change, issue persists.

Whoa this is weird…I tried clicking around in the empty box where the stats should be, and I get little pop-ups that display a number of views. It looks like maybe the data is loading but it’s visually not appearing?
Before clicking (this is what I see across multiple sites, accounts, and browsers):

After clicking on a random spot within that blank field:

Forgot to mention, I’m using Windows 11, I’ve already tried clearing my cache, and I’ve tried restarting my computer. No effect.

The plot thickens. I used 2 fingers on my trackpad to scroll to the right, and after scrolling into the aether for a solid few seconds, this appeared:

Then the following progression as I continued to scroll:

And so on, presumably. I have to scroll absurdly far (judging by how fast I’m flicking my 2 fingers across the trackpad) to get to each month column; I don’t have time to do this through all 12 months.

I have the same issue… is there a fix
I suspect it’s something that you guys at WordPress need to fix

I’ve tagged modlook. I’m really hoping they fix this ASAP because I get some of the best satisfaction from the particular pattern I see in that part of my stats, the monthly timing speaks to the audience I’m reaching. So sad not to be able to see it.

Yaaaaay it’s back for me! (So far. I hope it’s actually fixed…I’m scared the bug’s still in the system waiting to make a comeback 😅)

Thank you so much for all the reports :)
Our developers have since fixed this display bug with the All-time insights page in the dashboard.

Are the “months and years” and “average per day” columns supposed to be aligned differently? For me, everything is aligned to the right, but in the “average per day,” the June, July, and August columns are crowded more tightly together than the rest, causing the left side of the display (where all the years are labeled vertically) to align just a few pixels to the right of where they align in “months and years.”

Hi there! Were you able to resolve the issue with the layout of stats in All-Time Insights > Total Views? I checked and the alignment seems ok. Let us know if you still need help with that.
-
If you guys say it’s ok, it’s ok. There’s no functional impact for me. I was just checking because there was already a display bug that got fixed. Thanks! I’ll go ahead and mark the topic as resolved.
