All widgets go to footer – Shawburn

  Hi there! I hope all of you are doing fine.

  I have installed a theme called Shawburn in wordpress.

  Now, I want to use some widgets.

  However, it seems that no matter which widget I add, all of them go to the footer.

  I dont know how to put them where I want, like top, header, inbetween text, etc.

  Should I chose a different theme?

  Or should I follow a tutotrial? I searched but cannot find info…

  Hi,

  Shawburn only has one available widget area, as indicated in the Quick Specs section of the Shawburn Overview, which says, “There is one widget area in the footer with a column width of 750px.”

  Should I chose a different theme?
  Many themes have multiple widget areas, often including one or more sidebar widget areas, so switching to another theme might be a good idea for you.

  Paid plans such as that on your site afford one the option of Live Support Chat, which you might find easier, quicker, and more convenient that requesting support in the community support forums.
