ALL wordpress sites not loading css

    Greetings, richardmtl – I am thankful that you scratched you head for me :-) it is incredibly weird, and my last chance is to talk to the network-guy. But if it works with proxy and on some other devices, I am stumped. I will report back, if I find out what the deal is, for the off-chance that it might help someone else in the future.
