Allocate posts to two different pages

  Hi,

  I’m a French entrepreneur. I started a wordpress.com blog almost a year ago : blog.paris-on-demand.com (theme is vigilance). I have two questions. I searched many forums but couldn’t find any solutions.

  i) I’d like to create a new page on my blog and add every week a new post with pictures. This way, I could have two pages : one for regular posts and one for photos. I don’t want the photo posts to appear on the home page…

  ii) I’m gonna have other authors on my blog and I’d like to have their name appear on their posts, but I couldn’t find the solution either…
