  Great thing to check before posting. WordPress.com is very clear on what is allowed and not allowed at this support doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/mature-content/

  Your blog would have to be rated mature. Sex move- no. Adult topics – it depends.

  Just to add that if your site will host the type of adult material which is permitted, as outlined in the support guide that @happyathometoday provided, kindly mark your own site as mature to keep it out of public areas of WordPressdotcom. Thanks.
