Allow another administrator to take over payment of upgrades

  I originally supplied the credit card details for the blog, but now another administrator wishes to take over the payment for the site upgrades. However when they view My Upgrades they don’t see an option to renew, only I do.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blog is owned by the person who registered a username account and registered the blog under it and purchased the upgrade for it (ie YOU). No one else “owns” the blog. That person ie. the blog’s owner must log in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade in order to transfer it to another username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  Thanks for your help. It looks like we have an unusual situation, because the other admin owns the blog, while I paid for the upgrades. So, I have no option to transfer the ownership of the blog.
