Allow Another User to Fully Access Site Stats

  I am an administrator of several websites. I add, update, and manage them. We recently got another person to do SEO of ALL those sites so I think just viewing the site stats through the website dashboard is not enough. How can I allow another user to access site stats in wordpress.com dashboard?
