Allow comments?

  I’m trying to allow comments on all of my posts! I can’t seem to figure out how to do this! Please help.

  Please remember these instructions apply to WordPress.com hosted sites only. The site “westsidephysicstutor.com” mentioned in your post doesn’t even exist.
