Allow comments for visitors with a particular email to pulish without moderation

  HI, is it possible to allow anyone who has a particular email address (say for example all users with email (email visible only to moderators and staff)) so the abcd.com is common to be able to make posts and their posts publish without moderation?

  What is to keep someone from using that other person’s email address if they find out what is going on? Comment spoofing happens all the time.
