Allow ‘Editor’ to change widgets

    Anyone know how this could be done?

    i would want to allow a user to edit the widgets that are used in a sidebar without having access to the theme editor.

    Maybe there is a plugin that could add widgets to the dashboard?

    I have looked in the ‘role manager’ plugin but it’s not there.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Of course not: we don’t have plugins on WordPress.com. Afraid the roles are clearly defined and not subject to change here at WP.com. You could make the person a co-admin, but then they have access to everything, including the button that irrevocably deletes the blog; don’t do that just for convenience’s sake. Widgets are NOT that important!
