Allow me to upload themes – I paid 25 USD for a year of server space of Wordpres

  I bought server space from you (WordPress) to host my site http://www.offshorestrategists.com and i configured wordpress on it. Still i am not able to add custom themes or plugins. Please cancel my account and give me my money back.

  I paid 25 USD for this service and i am not getting the worth of my money for this. Can you please refund my amount or if possible – please allow me to upload themes and plugins using my id so that i can install a custom made theme and plugins?

  Please help.

  If i would have taken someother company’s server space and installed wordpress on it. It would have easily allowed me to upload plugins and themes then why not when i just purchased the server from wordpress itself? If there is something wrong in my query, and this cant be done.. Please do refund my money so that i will take up the same service of someother company.. Please help.

  I’m very sorry, but being able to upload your own theme is a feature only available for self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your Dashboard. If you would like, I’d be happy to help you get your site set up with one of our free themes.

  Regarding your domain registration, your purchase has passed the 48-hour refund policy. Please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  It is possible to keep your domain registration with WordPress.com and point your name servers elsewhere. You can also transfer your domain to a different registrar 60 days after purchase.

  Thank you for the detailed response. I dont have anything else to say. If you cant refund my amount nor can i add custom themes with your server space – discussion ends there.

  Anyways, i really do appreciate your response.

  Just for my sake, if i give you just one custom theme and any 1-2 plugins which i needed..just one time, would you be able to add them into my Appearance panel so that i can activate them? (Somehow from the backend). Just one time.

  If its not possible, my apologies for making absurd requests. Please mark this thread closed.
