Allow public to buy credits as donation

  Allow the public (readers) to purchase credits as a donation for the blog! It would be a motivation, I mean the reader could feel they are improving the blog, with a new domain name, or whatever…

  Morris, the ability to “gift” credits already exists. If you go to your blog’s Dashboard>Upgrades>Gifts you’ll see that you can make such a donation.

  Yes but how can a non registered reader do it?
  Someone passing through who is prepared to make a donation …….

  I can also imagine the pleas that a blogger could make to upgrade css etc.

  @morris, I find it hard to imagine someone who is motivated to donate money, but not motivated enough for the *very* sinple WordPress.com registration procedure.

  How about instead of credits, get them to donate via PayPal? That way, anyone can donate. (And PayPal is used to purchase credits.)
