Allow readers to edit their comments

  Is it possible to allow readers to edit their own comments? If so, how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. If readers want to change their comments, then they would have to contact you. Then you would (your choice) make the revisions. Only administers can edit comments.
